CashUp ("we", "us", "app") respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data Collection
2.1 Locally Stored Data
CashUp stores the following data locally on your device:
- Cash book entries (income and expenses)
- Cash balance and totals
- Reversals and corrections
- Statistics and reports
This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties.
2.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you have iCloud enabled, your cash book data is synced across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud and is encrypted. We have no access to this data.
3. In-App Purchases
CashUp Pro is processed through the Apple App Store. We do not receive any payment information from you. Apple processes all transactions according to its own privacy policy.
4. Analytics
CashUp collects anonymous analytics data with Firebase to improve the app and optimize user experience. This data is fully anonymized and is not used for advertising or other commercial purposes. Your personal information remains private.
5. Data Usage
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Manage your cash book
- Generate statistics and reports
- Export monthly reports as PDF/CSV
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time in the app under Settings. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app to remove all local data.
7. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated in the app.
